Aloha! I am Kristy Nakamura and I am grateful to call Hawaii home!  From a young age, I was immersed in military culture and challenges that can arise within the community.  Then, as a former military spouse, I personally experienced being PCS’d to five different duty stations. So, I understand the difficulties that arise during PCS season, as well as looking for homes in multiple states.  As I continued to move and buy and sell homes in multiple states, I found that I also had a passion for real estate.  This began the transition into being a real estate agent. Hawaii has completed my journey to find my place in the world and I am proud to have chosen Hawaii as my forever home!

Hawaii’s natural beauty and culture have made myself and my family immerse ourselves in the outdoors as much as we can. I love to learn new things about the island, and I constantly find myself in awe of this wonderful place I call home. My family enjoys all things outdoors and we are out as much as we can for our down time. I love to discuss exploring the island and all the amazing activities it has to offer.   

As a person, I strive to be dependable in all aspects of life. I carry those values into my real estate career. My clients can expect dependability, clear communication and a “non-sales” approach in all things I do. I want to add value to all of my clients by helping them navigate the PCS process if they are military, and also by helping them learn about wonderful island life. Hawaii’s real estate market is exciting because of how competitive it can be! My goal is to help my clients secure a house that meets their needs and one that they can proudly call “home”.  I will strive to be efficient and persistent during the process of our transactions, to be respectful to your valuable time.
